About Our Small Business

We are a fully licensed and insured cleaning company. We offer basic, deep, move in/out, and commercial cleanings. We take pride in our work and employees, and make sure that all of our cleaning staff are properly trained, equipped, experienced, and have passed all background checks in order to bring your home back to life. Hard work, care, effort & efficiency goes into all of our home cleanings whether the job is big or small. We do our best to have your home looking brand new again!

Client Contracts & Invoices

After every client schedules their home cleaning, they will receive a client contract that they will read & sign via email. Client contracts go over our companies policies, what you should expect at your home cleaning, the scheduled date/time of your cleaning, and the price due on the date of your scheduled cleaning. We do require a 30% upfront deposit in order to keep your scheduled date of cleaning. All invoices (other than upfront deposits) will be sent to clients emails the day before their scheduled cleaning & MUST be paid either before/ upon arrival of the cleaning staff on your scheduled date of service.

Pricing

We price each cleaning job based on the amount of square feet in your home, and how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and extra rooms your home has. We do flat rate pricing, which means the price that you are given over the phone, will NOT change. No change in price once the job is complete, from our company!
